- Multi-Pass Hot Air Generation : Featuring a unique multi-pass system, the generator includes a radiation chamber made from stainless steel plates of adequate volume, equipped with two expansion joints below to endure thermal shocks from fluctuating temperatures. The remaining shell parts are constructed from M.S. plates and sheets, creating multiple passes for flue gas and hot air generation.
- Centrifugal Blower Fan : The system incorporates a centrifugal blower fan, driven by a motor of appropriate power, placed at the hot air generator's inlet.
- Advanced Burner : Equipped with an imported single or two-stage light oil monoblock / Dualblock burner, complete with a duplex filter, the hot air generator ensures smooth and reliable operation.
- Low-Temperature Operation : Designed to achieve low process temperatures without requiring operating pressures, it is ideal for processes with specific temperature limitations.
